Barrow upon Soar Parish Council would like to make the following statement:
In view of legal advice received, the Parish Council has resolved that in accordance with the 1906 Open Spaces Act, a lease cannot be authorised for the area known as the picnic area on Fishpool Way for the purposes of building upon.
