The duration of the restriction is not anticipated to exceed a period of 1 day commencing on the 06th August 2020.

We are pleased to see some of our High Street shops re-opening and wish them all the best in these difficult times. The Parish Council Offices will also be open but for limited hours at the moment. Preparations are underway to create safe and welcoming shopping areas in towns and villages across Charnwood.
Charnwood Borough Council is working with businesses and Love Loughborough to help high streets get ready to trade safely as lockdown restrictions continue to ease.

Residents in Charnwood will be able to book bulky waste collections from Tuesday May 5.
The Borough Council is resuming the service after it was suspended due to staff shortages caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
The first collections will take place on Monday May 11.
